I already manufacture a suitable unit for you to use. It is a GSM SMS switching device with 2 inputs and 2 10A relay outputs.(I use a SIM800 GSM Modem) It sells for $95 and is available on the Tindie store. My unit software is complete and already has can send a SMS when an input changes (this was used in a anther project to detect when a gate opens/closes) The unit already has the ability to switch either of the 2 10A relays when a SMS is received. The bid is for the customization of the unit and not for the design or software stack. The bid does not include the cost of the hardware.
