I’m building a health-centric wearable product. The electronic design is quite straightforward. It uses basic accelerometers and one or two additional sensors. It communicates with mobile devices via Bluetooth. A power management strategy is needed to conserve battery life. Here are possible initial components that may be used, though open to better/cheaper solutions and suggestions for mass production: ADXL350 Accelerometer ATMega328 Embedded processor NORDIC nRF8001 bluetooth module TI bq25120 power management chip Li ion coin cell battery Piezo buzzer PKM17EPPH4001-B0 One or two additional basic sensors I need the complete PCB design for manufacturing, as well as several prototypes, and a power management strategy. I’m working with an industrial designer for the enclosure, so only basic stock enclosures are needed for the prototypes, though the PCB will need to conform to specific dimensions. I will be testing the prototypes with custom firmware and checking performance of the device. Some iterations will be necessary to get this right, so will likely need several prototype updates throughout the process. Advanced experience with PCB design, electronics, and production are needed.

Hi sir, We have ready solution for you, we have developed many such products to our customers where we had to face dimensions constraints and we made single/dual and multilayer pcb layouts for our clients and successfully delivered the projects to our clients. We are expert in circuit designs, pcb layouts of every kind, we normally do layouts on Eagle Cad but we are good in other software too. we can show you some sample layouts that we have done for our clients in europe and USA. We offer you our solution at very low and comparatively affordable rates. Please discuss your project in details. We are team of expert engineers who are sound experienced in embedded systems (arduino + other microcontrollers), programming, circuit designs, electronics, product designs, pcb layouts, database management, MySQL etc. We will deliver design and code, if you want us to send you prototype, you have to pay additional charges of prototyping and courier such as dhl etc. We are very friendly in nature and will help our clients during and after projects completion. We are flexible in communications and rates. Very much looking forward to hear from you on this in coming days. Regards, Ahmed Lead Technical Engineer Turktroniks

Hello, I have been associated with Hardware design (Circuit / Electronics design), PCB design, Library creation and Library database maintenance, PCB Manufacturing, Component procurement, PCB Assembling and Functional testing for over 9 years. I have used various CAD/EDA tools for PCB design. Would you prefer any specific EDA tool for PCB design (or) any tool is okay? I will provide the PCB Manufacturing, Component procurement, PCB Assembling & Functional testing services too. Cost and timeline which I mentioned in the proposal is approximation only. I'll confirm the both after getting/reviewing the complete requirements. I would like to take this up and are fully equipped to deliver the required files. So, if you'll give me a chance to take part to your work, I will respond in the same manner, handling you good quality projects, as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing from you! Wish you a nice day! Thanks & Regards, Karthik

Hello, Have a great day. We are running a firm for developing Electronic devices. We have already worked with health related products. We will do prototyping, firmware and enclosure making. in short we will deliver fully working prototype. Please feel free to contact us. Best Regards, Shahbaz. note" we saw atmega328 in dsign specs, we recommend ARM for low power and high speed communications. We can work with AVR as well but not recommending"

Hi, I am an experienced engineer that specializes in new product design and development. This includes all aspects of development from initial concept through production and patenting assistance, if required. I have designed many components that utilize wireless communication (BLE, Wi-Fi, RF) and have worked with all types of sensors. Additionally, I have a great deal of experience with signal processing, AFEs (analog front ends), and displays. I have also worked with biometrics (both intrusive and non-intrusive). Based upon your description, I estimate the following major tasks/milestones are needed. Task A: Operational Overview - definition of design specifics; including functionality, capability, major components, performance criterion, physical constraints, etc. Task B: HW Design - creation of schematic, PCB layout, Gerber files, BOM, basic enclosure, etc. Task C: Prototype Testing I - initial testing of design with single fabricated PCB. Task D: Modifications and Redesign - modifications to initial design based upon Task C results. Task E: Prototype Testing II - testing of redesigned PCB. Task F: Prototype Testing III - testing of fabricated PCBs. NOTE: All parts, materials and shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. I am able to get started promptly and hope to be able to assist you with this project. Sincerely, Michael Cooke, PhD, EIT IHS Consultations

I have over 35 years experience as an electronic design engineer, please see my profile for more details The current price and timescales are only place holders to allow me to communicate with you I believe I could help with the PCB design and manufacture but not the case or the software. I have recently designed several Blue tooth products using Nordic and TI devices If you write back I will attach some examples. Now I am going to probably ensure that you don’t award me the job by questioning everyone of your suggestions. First the micro and Bluetooth choice. You would be far better replacing both of these by the newer NRF52832 device this is lower current than the 8001 device and includes a powerful micro. Next is the bq25120. This is a ball grid array device and therefore can be a nightmare to solder and debug with pins right under the device. There are loads of good alternatives to this and unless you are supplying lots of current a simple linear one may be a better bet. The ADXL350 is very expensive at $11 for a 1 one of price The LIS2HH12TR is only$1.3 although not as accurate Or maybe MXA2500EL at $7.8 if you need very high accuracy PKM17EPPH4001-B0 massive at 17m dia Maybe consider the ST-0503-3 which is only 5mm * 5mm However having said all that I can design with the parts you have specified except for using the bal grid array which I will avoid I could certainly support you through the development stages and get boards assembled Best Regards Dave Lelievre

Hi! I'm familiar with the counted in the description components. I have also experience in prototyping and testing of electronic devices. Could you provide a more detailed description of your circuit? It's an interesting project, and I think, I can help you to arrange it. Some suggestions from my experience: It may be better to use some Xmega microcontroller instead of Mega (ATMega328), if we are speaking about Atmel product. Xmega family processors has extremely low power consumption even in working, not only in sleep modes, for example the X128A4U can operate down to 3mA at 1.8V, which is very good for a battery supplied application. And you can use an another power management IC, I can show you examples, if you need. I can design the PCB, order its production (from China or Germany), assemble and test it. For more details, contact me, please.

Hello, I have many years design experience in various applications. I have designed embedded analyzers, conveyor controllers, autodialers and others. I can handle high-speed communications (CameraLink, USB3, USB2, BLVDS), high-precision anlog (18bit ~ 24bit), high voltage (>1500VDC), high-power (>300W), galvanically isolated designs, IP65, harsh environments, distributed controls and others. I have designed many multi-rail power systems (SEPIC, CUK, flyback, buck, isolated). I have a lot of experience bringing designs from the conceptual to R&D to prototype to production, including installation at customer site and A/S. I have implemented low-power, high-efficiency systems for USB applications and others with both FPGA and MCU solutions. Miniature size DC/DC converters, USB isolators and high-density designs as well, and I can provide design support and firmware for many MCU's and Xilinx FPGAs, and also GUI/programming for Windows environments. I can provide (extra cost) finished PCBs assembled and tested, panelized layouts ready for SMD assembly, and extra documentation for CE certifications and the like. I use Eagle 6.5 for schematic and layouts, LTSpice for simulation. Let me know if I can be of assistance. Best regards, Stuart Borden.
