Create a replicator for Ninjatrader -- 2

I need a script to copy trades. A trader will Make trades on 1 Ninjatrader machine and replicate it on other accounts, even from other brokers, same computer or on different computers. Details: * I need the source code, in case I want to make further changes. * There has to be 2 different modes: Admin (source of signals) and Member (copier of signals) * Admin should be able to authorize or de-authorize accounts that can copy the trades. I have a subscription model so I need to update this every month. Hopefully there will be a large number of accounts so it is desirable to have an excel or csv file to import this easily. * Member should be able to select between ES mini or ES micro. The source will always be ES mini, but member should be able to select it he wants to copy trades on ES mini or to ES micro. *Script should be able to work in the same computer (copy a signal to different accounts in the same computer) an also on different computers. (Source in computer 1 and have many other computers with their own ninja trader and copy there from computer 1 to their accounts)
