Full website from start to finnish so I can then get it hosted from my IT person in Australia

I require a website designed and created from start to finnish. I need the design work done and also the actual web page created so I can take it away to be hosted in Australia by our IT Person. So basically it is a Website for a Conveyancing Firm who carries out property settlements in Western Australia. It is important that there are atleast 10 tabs for information purposes and also a calculator which will formulate settlement fees, government charges and ask questions on the type of transaction. What is the sale/purchase Price, Is it a sale purchase, Strata or Non Strata, 1st Home, Commercial or Residential Property or Vacant Land (if it is Vacant Land is there a building Contract) Farming etc. If you can assist from start to finnish and hand over the full website to me that is what I am chasing. Not just the design but also creating the website
