Hello I need to access the following API: [login to view URL] I have previously made connection using Postman and returned the JSON results. I want to do soemthing different now and want to be able to access the API frequently (e.g. at least once a day) using the command line and python script (or suggested efficient technology/method) Use Case as follows: 1. open command line 2. execute API request python (or other technology) script 3. Native results are JSON, these are to be converted to return results in a csv, with name of each csv file created to be indexed by date and time 4. a Diff needs to be done on the csv created at time T= 0 against T = -1 and advise any change in the results. Not sure if this is to be advised as part of the script or on the command line, so will leave to you to advise/suggest/recommend. Please let me know any further detail required.

What you have mentioned is probably the easiest way to do it since sockets or any other streaming api isn't supported, a cron python script or a scheduled set timeout in node.js is the only way to go, I can do both!

Hi, I can develop a shell or command prompt script (depending on OS you use) to retrieve data and do needed comparison between needed data points (additional command line parameters could let choose which data points to compare, but this would require simple sqlite db setuped). I could also help you do this automatically with task manager or crontab (again based on OS).
