Make a Summarizer Python Script Parallel / Concurrent

I have a summarizer python script that gets a website and summarizes it. It supports mostly Japanese websites. I need the script to be parallel / concurrent using modules such as [login to view URL] etc. The script is in Python 3. The finished product will need to be faster than the original script, so please measure the results by putting a timer function to measure how fast it became. Target time is less than 2 seconds on a 8 core machine. If you can make it even faster, that will be good. The attached is the source code, and the URL you can use to test the script.
