I'll use a library to do the work for me (there are multiple libraries to convert markdown to html available in any language, including python). It will take ten minutes. I assume you just want to execute the program using the python command line, since you didn't specify otherwise. An API would cost extra, of course. I can't provide examples of my work because it's the property of my employer, sorry.
