Python Simple Help

I have python script and I need help in adding few functions to it and make sure it works. I have this code: arguments = [login to view URL]("[login to view URL]") command = location + "\[login to view URL] " + [login to view URL]() I would like to be able to control the arguments outside of the program this method works, But my problem AntiViruses block this behavior because it tries to access a website or something. Any alternative way to be able to pass arguments to my program remotely without my AV blocking? Also My python scripts has if PC is idle function if pc idle for 5 minute do this. I want to add a function to check how many cores PC has and based on it we change the argument for the function. I use python2.6 and my program used in windows. $10 for helping me with this.
