Seeking Developer for Energy Consumption Monitoring Mobile Application

: I am looking for a developer capable of creating a mobile application titled "Energy Assessment of TAG Mohammedia Thermal Power Plant" using Python. This application will allow for the monitoring of electrical energy consumption by the power plant's electrical installations. Initially, the application will enable the insertion of data into a suitable Python database. The tables to be integrated are as follows: TAGs (gas turbines), PFE (water treatment plant), PTF (fuel oil treatment plant), CHAUD (Boilers), PD (Various pumps), COMPs (Compressor), PC (Loading park). Each table will contain the following fields: Designation, Useful Power (KW), Voltage (V), Current (A), Measured Current (A), cosPhi (power factor), Quantity of Absorbed Power (KW), Real Power (KW), Efficiency, Load Factor, Operating Hours per Day, Consumption per Day (KWh) and Consumption per Year (KWh). The application will also allow for the editing of table titles, adding or deleting a table, adding or deleting a field, and modifying data at any time. It will also include the ability to insert algebraic formulas to calculate the following fields: absorbed power, real power, load factor, energy consumed per day, and energy consumed per year. Furthermore, the application will perform a daily update of energy consumed per year by adding the day's consumption to that of the previous day. It will be available on the Play Store or App Store and will be entirely in French.
