Video component with playing video, drawing over the video and image processing

I have a website with an online video editing tool that I want to improve. Attached its an image of the video editor. I am using now Flowplayer for playing a video o a playlist of videos from web servers (amazon and youtube) I want to develop a video component that can be implemented on web pages. This is the requirement: Please check the CoachCam tool because what i need is: 1. A ideo component that can be implemented on web pages or mobile appications, that re-size automatic according to component size on web page 2. Play one video clip or a list of video clips 3. Draw on video, and save it as a video file 4. Move objects on a video and save it as a video file 5. Slow and fast motion playback 6. Move forward and backward x seconds (with buttons control) 7.
