I need a 3D real looking home foyer with 3 different photo edits

The Job: The job is basically to design a front foyer of a nice looking modern home, or even have something you've done in the past to use for this project. My client is creating a folded business card with 3 folds / double sided. (so its like 4 business cards in one) My client has a vision. The vision is basically to have this beautiful front home foyer in one photo; dirty, and the other 2 photos of a sparkling clean foyer and also a fully furnished foyer with modern furniture/appliances. My client runs a cleaning business for Realtors, so this means they provide a service of cleaning "to be sold" homes on the market and furnishing the home aka stage the home with simple yet elegant furniture. Looking for the absolute lowest price possible for the BEST outcome.
