We have a texture, a jpg of a world map, done in a cartoon way that we like. We need to apply that texture to a 3d sphere, make the continents a bit higher (or lower the seas). And add maybe a mild perlin noise to the whole model, so it looks more cartoon. I'm going to use the model in a html5 app. So I need this 3d thing to be compatible with babylonJS or threeJS.
