Create SSRS report from provided SQL queries. Ongoing opportunity

Our application utilizes SSRS Reporting Services. We require the services of an experienced report writer to create reports that we will deploy and plug into our live system. Work is to be completed using the report designer via Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. The database is too large to provide an offline copy and RDP access to the reporting server is not available. You will be provided with access to a test database containing extensive test data. This will be an ongoing opportunity for the right person. Report definitions will be specified and supplied as individual jobs. Payment will be made at the completion of each job. Most reports will be presented in a simple list format with headers, footers, subtotals and totals. More advanced reports may include an embedded graph and/or invoice/statement layouts. As some jobs will be harder than other, you will be given the opportunity to confirm pricing before the start of each job. (Specs for the first job are attached) You will be supplied with the required SQL to extract the data. You will also be supplied with a list of parameters and test values for each parameter. The look and feel of the reports is important. Please refer to the Appendix for layout guidelines. Important : Reports layouts generated using the layout wizard will not be acceptable unless they are customized to match the layout guidelines. As this will be an ongoing opportunity, please include sample reports you have done in the past with your bid. The lowest bid may not be accepted. The samples are to include a report with a graph (or graphs), a document layout (eg invoice/statement), and a generic list layout with subtotals and totals. (max 4 samples) All samples must be generated directly from Microsoft SSRS. Note : Even though these skills are not required for this job, they may be needed for future reports
