Scientific work - about intercultural competences

My academic work is concerned with the research question: How to prepare an online solution for students who want to measure their intercultural values before the semester abroad in order to compare them with the values of the target country? In the first step of this research paper I would like to write an introduction. I'm looking for someone who is familiar with this and will write this introduction for me. I imagine the introduction to be like this: before the topic is the right one, you should explain why you should measure your intercultural values at all in order to compare them with the target country. The answer is: in order to better prepare for the target country. The introduction should deal with why you are preparing for the foreign country. - First of all, you should explain that globalization is becoming more and more important and how globalization has developed in recent years. (Of course everything with scientific sources from books) - Afterwards one should take into account that more and more companies go abroad and build production sites in other countries to save costs, for example companies like Volkswagen which build their production sites abroad or Mercedes which produces cars in China etc. (Everything with source information) - In the third step, we will discuss how important intercultural preparation is for these companies to work with companies from abroad. And what disadvantages could arise if these companies do not have intercultural preparation. Afterwards, you should briefly discuss how to prepare for a country interculturally (of course with references). For example, you can attend seminars on how a particular country is like. And at the end of the introduction you should briefly mention what the academic work will be about: "How to prepare an online solution for students who want to measure their intercultural values before the semester abroad in order to compare them with the values of the target country".
