Endnote training and possible pdf extraction of text. Academic writing

Here are the things I want to be able to do. I have zero interest in learning manual entry of references. (The pdf extraction part isn't the main focus, if I can search all text within a bunch of pdfs that's fine). Cut and paste text from Wikipedia onto word and the quickest process of finding the cited article/journal and importing it into endnote so it spits out the correct apa referenc for me. (If there is a program that can extract text from Wikipedia citations aswell as create in text citations it would solve the problem). Learning how to cut and paste a url so endnote spits out the correct reference for me. Even if it's not an endnote function , another program suggestion. How to integrate endnote into Microsoft word efficiently. (I havnt used word in like 10 years). Using endnote (if possible for an essay appendix of diagrams, pictures etc) How to "reference" any news article , video etc is a simple cut and paste/download kind of way where it automatically creates and adds a reference for you. Setup my document within word so sentences with in text citations can be moved around to wherever I need them. Same goes for the appendix. Learning how to research effectively so I just avoid anything where endnote can't automatically create the reference for me. (Like totally just avoiding anything without metadata). Is there a way to download automatically into endnote and create a reference/appendices. Can you search a bulk list of references (line after line) in Google scholar or similar and find them all? Searching within all pdfs (once they are all found for text related to a specific argument). Basically just finding a reference for a point I am trying to make. Flatout avoiding any source within proquest or Google scholar that my institution can't access. Find free text isn't possible with my institution because the open Athens link appareny doesn't work or they just don't want me to use it. (I think it does work they just don't want me to use it). Pdf extraction could be helpful or it might not be necessary. The most efficient way to find a credible source to reference. Training can be done over the phone preferably aslong as we are using the same versions of endnote , word etc. Is it worth setting up find full text with a previous version of endnote or is it not that useful? Person might be undergraduate, postgraduate I don't really care aslong as they understand that I hate the referencing process and wish to make it as easy as possible. Person may just know how to do everything I'm talking about. I don't need anything coded. Just looking for software recommendations to make my life easier. I don't want someone who thinks extracting text from a pdf document and paraphrasing it with a citation is immoral or against any academia regulations. Also I don't care if you just point me to specific YouTube videos. I'd rather talk over the phone.
