The speech will be given at International Womens day in Australia designed the show the difference between the women in Australia in the workforce vs women in a middle eastern cultural workforce. I need facts, stories, research, personal experience and whatever else reflects the 'storytelling' of this important subject. **Ideal Skills and Experience:** - Strong background in writing compelling and humorous speeches and are deeply human with a side of storytelling - Proficient in researching human stories and data as examples - Ability to tailor content for a corporate executive audience - Skillful at weaving together themes of women and humanity in engaging narratives - Proven experience in creating memorable and entertaining presentations - Able to provide real life examples and stories of women who have either succeeded against all odds or women that have tried but have failed despite gaining education, status, great roles but never been 'seen'. **Speech Requirements:** - Emphasize what it is like for women to work in the middle east. Are their opinions heard, are they respected, how hard do they work, their education data, senior positions held data etc - Encapsulate engaging stories or anecdotes that resonate with corporate executives - Incorporate light-hearted humor to maintain an entertaining tone without the subject being 'too heavy in tone'. We are ultimately there to reflect gratefully on the opportunities we have as women in another country - Ensure content is insightful and thought-provoking, prompting thought - Must have a 'call to action'. What are we asking them to 'do' with this information? This project not only requires someone with an adept skill for writing and research but also a creative mind that can conceive an experience leaving a lasting impression on a discerning audience.
