NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! I'm seeking a knowledgeable and resourceful person to help me find a 2-bedroom apartment in the Makati area. Pio del Pilar or Poblacion would be great but open to Manila Bay and Pasay. I've even heard there are safe areas of Mandaluyong that are acceptable but I'm not sure if this is true. I'm looking to spend under ₱50k a month. The nicer the apartment for the lesser cost, I will include extra payment bonus for finding it. Not having answered the question about amenities, I remain open to options during the search. I work full time and travel the world, I do not have time, resources, or abilities to do this myself. I will get at least two weeks in PH starting 22JAN24 and I would like to fine someone who can line up several apartments for me to look at and check out so I can decide what is best for me. I am also not sure what is required to rent an apartment. I am a USA citizen, I have an ARC, and will have two Filipino citizens living with me. - Expertise: • Local knowledge of Makati Area • Understanding of local property market and rules/requirements for non-PH residents to rent apartment • Exceptional negotiation skills • Knowledge of relevant property laws. - Responsibilities: • Locating several properties within the designated budget and area for me to view the week of 22JAN24. • Arranging viewings, preferably several during the same day. • Negotiating lease terms if that is something that is done in the Philippines. Experience in realty or property management in Makati will be highly valued. You can also be hired with no experience at all, just the talent and time to look for open apartments for me to view. Hi Eden, I am Freelance Contracts and Commercial Consultant, as well as a Property Consultant. I am available to assist you to find a clean, safe and secure apartment for you. I would suggest a Condominium for rent which is safe and secure which includes use of amenities. If you require parking, rental for parking space is separate. Is your 50K/month includes water, electric and internet bill? Water and electric bill can range 2k to 3k combined per month. Internet bill can range from 1k to 2.5k per month. Poblacion, Makati is a bit pricey as it is near Makati City Hall and Power Plant Mall. Pio Del Pilar, Makati is within your rental budget of 50k/month but i can find lower. Pio Del Pilar is near Makati Central Business District (CBD) Roxas Boulevard area (Manila Bay) is also a bit pricey. Pasay area is just above your budget but I can find within your budget. Pasay is near Mall of Asia. Mandaluyong is in the heart of Metro Manila which is near Ortigas Central Business District, and malls such as Megamall, Shang Mall, Podium, Robinsons Galleria Appreciate if we can agree to my bid before your viewing schedule of 22 January 2024 so I can arrange with the property brokers and accompany you during viewing.
