Mechanical Engineering for hydronic heating & cooling system

I require a mechanical engineer familiar with analogue and digital controls. Scope of the project will include proper pipe sizing, valve sizing, and as well providing technical drawings. You must be able to decipher the equipmemt manuals and do your own research Wage is negotiable I have a building that I am installing a new heating and cooling system in, the heating is hot water fed from two boilers to 8 fan coils, the cooling is a chilled water system fed by an outdoor compressor.......what I really need someone to do is help me figure out the pressure losses across the system and help choose the correct pumps and valves and sensors for the ddc control system
