Your blog will be approved and not paid for ( meaning it needs revisions for payment, however it will be considered a published piece with your name attached, however revoking your rights to the work meaning you can't Re-publish it.. 3. Your blog has not been approved nor published ( you may revise it ) So the up site is You will be paid or you will be racking up published works with your name attached..
