I am creating a social media platform for my organization. I need to create a relationship model that allows my users to discover each other. For example I need to have a suggested friend feature due to mutual followers, or search there existing contacts. I also I need to have top trending content based upon hashtags, comments and likes, but it should be for a time period for example two hours or so, this will allow content to be constantly refreshed. And if at all possible make it where the content shown to them is relevant to them. I am looking to establish relationships not a one time experience.
