Ruby On Rails developer in USA required to make brief online video course

Hi, We create and publish high quality online software development training videos. We have been in the business for 7 years. We are currently looking to expand our course offerings aggressively. In our drive to expand our catalogue of courses - we are currently looking for experienced developers with an American accent and clear diction capabilities. You must have the ability to make high quality developer / technical training videos for Ruby On Rails We will pay for the high quality we expect to receive, so please take into account all aspects of this request for proposal. ===== OUR REQUIREMENT ===== You will be required to prepare video lessons based on the topic of Ruby On Rails in which you must already have skills. We need a total of 5 hours of video content including any associated source code and guide documentation. We require several short videos which will be screencam based (using camtasia or similar tools for the recording). You will not be required to record a video of yourself... and we need just the computer screen video with your voice. You must have very high quality diction that can easily be followed. ===== COURE STRUCTURE ===== We need a total of 5 hours of video content. Each course will have a series of chapters/topics, further divided into lessons. Each lesson will have a video of about 15 to 20 minutes in length. A small quiz may be associated with some lesson topics, and any supporting code or documents will also need to be included. We can provide you with a sample final output demonstration of what we are looking for. Please note again that, you must have... - Very good first-hand experience on the software language / subject being taught. - A good knack for presenting course material being taught in a clear method. - Good ability to plan and structure the entire video course and topics in a systematic manner. You may base your outline on other popular books, or materials found on the topic etc, but all course material must be unique and original and must not be copied to cause any copyright infringements. You are permitted to use open source material and you must specify and reference the source as and where required. More guidelines will be provided once we start working together. We are looking for extremely high quality material - so, if you are not qualified in the subject of Ruby On Rails being taught or presented or you are not good at presenting and teaching in a clear and concise manner, please do not apply for this project. ==== YOUR BID ===== Along with your bid for creating the course, kindly include a brief profile of your experience in Ruby On Rails.
