Ruby on Rails with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)

I need somebody to create a working example of a RoR application that can successfully authenticate with a SAML 2.0 provider. In particular, this SAML provider must be Microsoft ADFS. Project must include documentation that outlines both the configuration on the RoR side and the ADFS side. Our teams will leverage this project to learn how to reproduce it and work this knowledge into our current applications so it must be easy to understand.
