Need a website advertisement design

| Hello, We have purchased a commercial real estate website domain name and now need to create a professional design that will bring us the most revenue, while keeping an image of the large company. We want to have a combination of listing options and clean professional look of [login to view URL] as well as informative side/polls/information/ads of [login to view URL] Since this is going to be a project based on the design we like, we require all the bids to have a design template submitted with the bid.
