Commission Based Salesperson

I have a total of 5+ years work experience, starting as a customer service representative for Telecommunication company (UK Based) for a year and few month. I have then moved on to start as a sales agent for a housing company (US Based) helping businesses attending exhibitions and trade shows secure their lodging and accommodations for lower rates, i have worked my way up to be a sales manager in 3 years, been a sales manager now for the past year and couple of months. I have been always a very inspired person working on self improvements and my skills daily, and that is basically what helped me through my career to be a successful sales person.
