As your client, I hold a vast array of contacts that I classify as 'people' leads. I am wanting skilled professionals who can: - Effectively engage with these leads via phone - Articulately convey the viability and value of our products - Transition these leads into confirmed sales appointments Given this is not a time-sensitive project, I am open to a flexible working arrangement and encourage the freelancer to take the necessary time to nurture these leads and ensure a high conversion rate. While there is no immediate hurry, I appreciate regular progress reports and updates and leads to be responded to within 30 minutes of them being posted on the app we use for our leads as quicker engagement will allow us to be more likely to be hired for the job. We offer CCTV Installations for homes and business and have 2 main systems to choose from that we sell making it easy and convenient for the customer to decide and very easy to sell also the leads are people looking to purchase CCTV or have been broken into so are already keen on having it done and have already filled a form online to be contacted with information to how many cameras they would like and additional information on the job. All leads will need to be inputted into our website database and any bookings booked into the work diary also through our website you will receive a link via email to access areas of our website to manage customers. Hopefully I can find someone who can manage my sales and bookings Much of the success in this role will come from strong communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a knack for persuasion. Experience in sales and customer service would be a bonus, but is not strictly necessary. The freelancer must display a true understanding of our product and be able to sell it convincingly to our leads. I look forward to seeing your results.
