Candidate Profile: Candidates must be ambitious, exceptional communicators / negotiators, strong command of the English language , able to problem solve and eager to develop their sales skills in our energetic office. We want positive and forward thinking candidates that are willing adopt our strategic and highly proven sales process and take advantage of the need for Global 1000 firms to gain competitive advantage in this economy.
Job Functions:
- Identify and research new potential customers/prospects
- Plan and prioritize personal sales/business development activities and customer/prospect contacts.
Duties entail:
1. Generating qualified leads from our database.
2. Sending proposals to leads.
3. Closing conference calls with leads.
4. Closing 2 or more deals with qualified leads each week,
- Manage business development efforts to generate new business
- Account management/relationship management efforts to generate repeat and loyal customer base
- Business to business sales dealing with senior executives.
Compensation Package:
Compensation package is comprised of a base salary, new business commissions, incentives and bonuses. The bonus structure is based on monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
These are permanent, telecommuting positions. Candidate required to have fully-functional home office with broadband internet for CRM, voice and video communications. Company provides telephone, email and CRM systems.
