1. Sincerity. It's not only about 'us', but also about 'them'
2. Ethics. We have to listen to what they want first and then what we want in order to negotiate.
3. Asking.I will ask questions that will assist you into a buying-selling decision. And I will ask anytime if there are necessary questions needed to answer and record it for documentation.
