customize my podio

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced member that can customize my podio account. I'm in the Real Estate business and I need someone to modify a workspace template. I'm wanting some automated features.... Example: When I type in the address of the property, I would like the property details to automatically generate and i would like that same data to generate in other fields in different apps
