I am looking for someone skilled in using SSRS to create this and multiple other reports that are needed.
This report will contain a list of all tickets that are not currently in a "closed/canceled/completed" status at the top. Then will have a section at the bottom showing tickets that have been "closed/completed" within the last 5 days.
The data generated needs to come from existing SQL views as much as possible since the SQL views never change. Data drawn from actual tables need to be identified as we may need to update in the future when the system is upgraded.
The report needs to include the following data for each ticket:
* Ticket Number
* Ticket Summary
* Ticket Description
* Ticket Contact
* Contact Phone
* Ticket Status
* Assigned Resources
* Date & Time of Last Ticket Update
* Last Ticket Update
When running the report the user needs to have the following choices presented:
* Company - A list of all company with open tickets or tickets closed in the last 5 days
* Grouping - The Ability to have the tickets grouped by "Ticket Status" NOTE THAT CLOSED/COMPLETED TICKETS SHOULD ALWAYS BE SEPARATE from the rest of the ticket data.
* Sorting - The ability to have the report sorted by "Ticket Number" ASC/DESC, "Last Update Date & Time" ASC/DESC

Sample of desired report attached. Please note this IS NOT exactly what I want as some of the requirements are missing.
Before this project is complete we will need to reun this report agains multiple customers to see what sort of data we receive. Project will be paid if report formatting and functionality is achieved as requested and that data is accurate.
