Small Script

I require a simple cmd or bat script to do the following. Look at a top level directory c:\FTP Downloads and rename the files contained in all of the sub directories, of which there could be hundreds. (DirectoryName_Original file name) and move all files from their respective directory to a single output directory C:\Certifications
