Senior Web Designer - 6 months with online retailer

Nakama's client is one of the leading online stores in the UK. Tasked with continuous development of their already fluid end-to-end customer experience, their teams specialize in full web, mobile, UI and UX areas, and the combined goal is to have constant performance increase. You will be supported by an excellent corporate structure suited to digital teams, hours are more appealing than agency with onsite canteen etc. They are looking for a senior web designer to join the BAU team for a period of 6 months. The required skillset includes expert digital layout design, ability to translate your designs to pixel perfect XHTML/CSS code, and are able to mentor other more junior team members. As part of your role you would be delivering website improvements with first rate usability and outstanding look and feel. The design manager is looking for designers with a strong background in web/UI design, e-commerce preferable and frontend code a must. In return, this opportunity provides stability right through most of 2014, is paid weekly to your LTD company, and adds a globally respected retail brand to your CV and portfolio.
