link builder, SEO, virtual assistant

This is a 1 month contracted position. I run a small internet marketing and web design company. I need a link builder with webmaster/seo /virtual assistant capabilities to complete various task in my company. The position I'm hiring for will perform a variety of tasks including link building, wordpress creation and modification, joomla installs, joomla component installs, basic graphic design and editing, c-panel task, article writing and submission, SEO analytics using advanced tools, website creation (wordpress and joomla installs), adsense installation and optimization, and any other assistance that will help me in my business. MUST HAVE: * Excellent English proficiency (required) * 1 year experience in E-Marketing and/ or Search Engine Optimization - linkbuilding. * Experience in, and ability to perform directory submissions, forum postings, PR and article submission, social bookmarking, blogs and other related initiatives DESIRABLE: * Knowledgeable in Web Design and Development using HTML, XHTML, CSS, and PHP * Knowledge of Wordpress * Knowledge of Joomla * Knowledge of Drupal * Familiar with Article Submission Marketing * Knowledge of Keyword Research and experience performing it * Knowledge of Google Webmaster Tools - able to create site-map using software and submit to Webmaster Tools * Ability to use and make changes in C-panel * WordPress Installation * WordPress plugin/template installation and configuration * Joomla Installation * Joomla plugin/module/component/template installation * Joomla configuration * Simple Graphics Editing I require you to be: * Dependable - you come to work on time and consistently. I can count on you to work hard and finish tasks. * Honest and Loyal - I don't have to worry about you sharing my information, ripping me off, or competing against me. * Flexible - Internet marketing changes all the time I'll need you to be willing to take on new skills and learn new tools. * Accurate - You're in the habit of double checking your work and I don't have to baby sit you to be sure your work is of high quality. * Self Motivated - You're a self starter. You can work without close supervision and look for ways to help me be successful. * Well Equipped: This is a work-at-home position. You must have an up to date computer, broadband/high speed internet access, MS Office, Photoshop (or GIMP or similar) Compensation at $200-$300 for a month according to experience and qualifications. Hours are flexible upon discussion, but to start with will be M-F 9am to 5pm GMT (London time).
