Link Building

Need 100 permanent PR2+ links to four different sites. 4 bundles of 25 each. No duplicates. Must be permanent. All links must meet the following requirements: 1. At least 5 of each bundle of 25 must have a PR4+ page (note that this means the actual PR of the linking page NOT the main page) at least PR 4. That is a total of 20 Pr4+ pages and 80 pr2-pr3 2. All links must be from theme related sites; 3. No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, Blogs or articles submission. 4. One link per site IP/domain No duplicate links on any web site 5. No more than 20 links on the linking page. 6. All links must be static and direct using provided anchor text of my choice 7. All links must be indexable by googlebot. no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking and the like. 8. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. 9. Non-reciprocal links only. 10. English Language site only. 11. Please provide samples of past work when bidding. 12. Must give weekly reports on project Status 13. No automated submissions, must be manually submitted 14. No blacklisted or Spam sites 15. No dynamically generated links 16. Page link can be found must be able to be indexed by search engines, not redirects, or dis-allowed Must be relevant to website being promoted. Relevant links only!! I reserve the right to disapprove links that are unacceptable.
