Looking for backlinks from websites EDU & GOV

If you do not have a links coming from domains EDU & GOV - DO NOT WRITE. I am looking for a link builder who can place to my website backlinks from websites with domains EDU & GOV. I pay for approved links ONLY. I will not pay before completing the order. I will not pay, if at least one point is not in compliance with the order. I do not accept links: - directories (if PR < 3, Domain Authority measured by [login to view URL] if is < 30) - profile links on forums (is possible in posts and comments), - websites with fake PR, - link placed on link farms - SPAM (not more then 10 outbound links), - if they are not approved by the moderator of webpage - subpages if are placed two or more links leading to one site, for example: 1 link going to: [login to view URL] 2 link going to: [login to view URL] I accept links if they are going to different subpages, for example: 1 link going to: [login to view URL] 2 link going to: [login to view URL] - links posted on advertisment sites - I do not accept backlinks, if you have used article taken from another site - II do not pay for backlinks that are placed in advance by another freelancer - with fake link, for example: [login to view URL] or similar. I accept links: - placed on domain authority measured by [login to view URL] => 30, PR =>3 - do-follow Google, - different C-class IP address, - permanent links - on static page/no redirection or JavaScript links - on the high quality websites If you are the one who can do that, Ping me.
