New website / Improve organic search results placement

I have recently launched a new Directory website for the UK The website is based on a large Database. I am looking for an experienced company to offer me a combined offer to improve my website future page rank and placement on Google, yahoo etc.. By combined offer i mean a VARIETY of techniques to improve ranking (Link building, Seo etc..)
