Optimise and submit site to all major search engines. I wish to be involved in the optimisation and will help out with certain tasks such as alt tags, keyword intensity, metas, descriptions and titles. I have undertaken SEO projects before with no success, therefore I am only willing to pay on results (for example gaining top 10 results for selected keywords). This could be agreed beforehand. To compensate for fact there's no payment upfront, I am willing to pay more when results are achieved.
