Our 10 year old Local SEO / Lead Generation agency has experienced tremendous growth over the last 24 months. We are currently running at full capacity and we're seeking a dynamic, fresh perspective from an outside manager on ways to improve the way we've been doing business over the last decade. Our focus for the remaining of the year and going into 2022 is creating SOP's and implementation of best local SEO and lead gen strategies that separate us from competition. Our local SEO manager will have had plenty of experience of running agencies with a keen focus on growth, fulfillment and optimizing internal processes that have us operating more efficiently. Duties: Create and refine SOP for the firm. Attention to detail. Work with overseas contractors in finding and developing talent. Manage oversea VA's to make sure KPI's are met or exceeded. At least 3 years experience working for similar manager position. Deep understanding of local SEO, back-linking, schema strategies and email marketing. Very well versed in WP/HTML. When replying make sure to have Lakers at the very top to make sure you read this entire paragraph. Oversee campaigns and identify areas of opportunities. Ability to meet and exceed company revenue targets. Work with PPC & social media managers to optimize campaigns. Be the point of contact with clients. Ability to develop teams. Hiring, training and motivating team members to hit company goals. Available for full time 40 hour work (M-F 9-5 PST) from remote location. We are especially interested in experienced (min 2 years) Eastern European professionals who are fluent in English.
