Site Re-design/Logo Development

We are currently looking at redesigning the layout for [login to view URL], along with a new eyecatching logo. Specific requirements are as follows: 1. Layout to be provided as Dreamweaver Templates 2. All layout graphics should be provided in gif and photoshop formats 3. Logo to be provided as hi-res photoshop image and various dimensions for use on website, letter heads, posters etc In addition, the existing menu content (headings, sub-headings etc) must be present asis in the redesign but you are free to alter the layout (eg to a dropdown menu etc). Since the Halifax Long March is a non-profit fundraising organisation we do not have a budget available, but we are willing to provide advertising space on the site for any company/individual willing to take on this project. Finally, we do require (for reasons of legality pertaining to reproduction and use of in additional marketing) that the design and all images remain either copyright free, or copyright longmarch committee.
