Need Social Media Accounts

Hello, I'm looking for a freelancer that can create social media accounts (ofcourse with their emails) on Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube(google), Facebook and TikTok. The accounts will be used as a digital army and crowd control when something goes bad on our social media accounts. So let's say people start talking bad about us, we need these accounts to post comments, like posts to leverage the negativity. Also the accounts will be used on twitter to push certain hashtags rankings up (or down). What im looking for is for a dedicated freelancer who has a group of freelancers, because this is not a 1 man job. Your role comes in when everything is f***cked up and you need to turn it around, so i need someone who i can rely on and not give me headaches. The accounts should be able to Like, Comment, Retweet, Share, Repost, Watch Stories, Reply To Stories, Create Posts, and all other features for the above social channels. The price should be the activity. For example if i want 10,000 comments it costs X USD 500 twitter retweets costs X USD (the above numbers are just for example) All accounts have to be with local names. The target is Saudi Arabia and UAE, I don't want fake accounts, or names that are non Saudi/UAE We can provide a pool of names. For comments and post creations we can provide a pool of that too, the freelancers needs to make sure that the comments are not the same being used in the accounts. Reports should be provided by the hour, when in a crisis management we need freelancer to be available even if 4am in the morning, and be able to send detailed and correct report to get paid All social media and email login credential need to be provided in one excel sheet
