3CX Call Control API to HTTP

We need to access the Call Control API via a HTTP connection internally.. There's sample code available for the API and the DLL provided by the manufacturer, All we need is a way to access this via a HTTP call. I envisage that each PBX will have it's own IIS site dedicated to the code you're providing, We'll then access it from our centralized management server. We will be utilizing only Version 12 servers. So please don't include a quote for doing V11 as well. To be successfully selected to do this you need to explain how you'll perform this given the information from the supplier, Make sure you explain it properly as I have a great deal of experience in IT and Programming and will understand what you say. You will also need a background in .net applications with plenty of example of web based services. I may be wrong on how the best way to do this... I'd just like to avoid someone writing their own HTTP engine to answer requests... Which is why i'm suggesting utilizing IIS.
