Sharepoint 2010 - 3 Tier Environment Configuration Help

I need somebody with admin experience to spend a few hours with me cleaning up an environment that's been touched by quite a few different developers. I have inherited a Sharepoint 2010 environment with the following: My farm consists of : (2) Two SQL 2008 R2 - Clustered nodes serving content (2) Two app servers that will serve the default web site (2) Two web front ends that are being used for authentication ( not my problem as long as they are configured to forward to the app servers) ----------------- Here is the immediate task at hand --------------- I need to make sure the clustered environment is set up properly and that the following is true: 1. My default site collection needs to come up on port 80 on the two App Servers and be served from the network cluster. 2. Set up the Alt access mappings so that my external users pass from Web Front End to App servers without a hiccup 3. Set up user profile sync on App Servers 4. Configure audiences (User profile sync is the per-requisite) I need someone who will be able to work via RDP and doesn't mind being documented. Everything here is out of the box Three Tier environment. It's the basics, but I like to do everything with two sets of eyes. I have tools Sushi and Migration Manager on the Farm. I will send a document of the existing environment upon request. Please supply a list of your experience and credentials. Communication here will be the critical piece and I'm not a low price wins kind of guy. Looking for someone to support me going forward. Can pay hourly if you prefer.
