Creating a Genesis Block for a Fork of Monero

I've been having trouble generating a genesis transaction with my new settings for this fork of Monero I'm building. I have a wallet generated for where the genesis transaction should route the first block reward to but I'm having trouble actually creating that genesis transaction hash. Looking for anyone with experience in cryptocurrencies, specifically Monero if possible
