Develop a PID block for use in a modern controller based on our old running system specification. The PID will have to behave exactly as the legacy block. Algorithm diagram and detailed description of the parameters will be provided. Like for Like behavior is a requirement. Win32 dll library, compiled only, available to disassemble if needed, for reverse engineering.

I can implement your algorithm, in fact I have my own well tested library that support basis for PID controllers.
