Hi , I know how to retrieve data from these files. Although a bit tricky , it is possible to recover your data. If you have all the create table queries or a as you have mentioned an identical empty database it is more likely to work. Let me help you. Regards, Pall

With your permission, the project’s specification (“Looking to repair this database so I can get the website working again”) leaves open the debatable situation in which the database is repaired and the site starts again, however, the database may (and most probable will) be incomplete…! And here is why: 1. The presence of individual ibd files tells us that your database is configured to use innodb storage engine 2. Drupal 7 serializes php data into long-blob fields, instead of just saving strings like in D6. 3. With REDUNDANT (MySQL 4.1 and below) and COMPACT (MySQL 5.0 and above) row formats, Innodb would try to fit the whole row onto Innodb page. However if row does not fit on the page, Innodb will have to pick some of them and store them in external blob pages. It however will keep at least 768 bytes from each of the BLOBs on the row page itself. 4. Innodb Plugin in “Barracuda” format and ROW_FORMAT=DYNAMIC. In this format Innodb stores either whole blob on the row page or only 20 bytes BLOB pointer giving preference to smaller columns to be stored on the page So, you may end in one of these ssituations: - No blob data recovered at all - First 768 bytes for each blob If a “repair” is driven.
