improve captcha success rate -- 2 - 22/12/2017 06:07 EST

i have captcha resolve source which resolve for some kind of captcha but it success rate is low so i want to improve success rate. i uploaded before captcha resolve and after captcha resolove image. you can see after captcha resolved image have horizontal line which interference to resolve correct captcha value. i want to remove this horizontal line so i think it can improve success rate much higher or if you have good idea also bid my project.
