Need a Fixed Price lowest quote from a Java/JSP developer to work on my web application development project - read requirements in the attached pdf document carefully and then only apply for the job. The system needs to be created using Java/JSP or a similar rapid development Java/J2EE technology like JSF/Struts/ AngularJS. You will be responsible for screen design and functionality coding. Database design and web services for the Core features explained in the attachment will be provided by me, the admin features can directly be written as web application with direct DB access, Core features need to call the services provided by me which I am writing to create the mobile app for the core features. Please mention the following in your bid: - Your experience in similar work along with portfolio/samples. - Your lowest Fixed Price quote. - No of days u will take - I cant allot much time/effort as I need the system immediately. Preference to a full time Developer or a small Company which can complete this work immediately. This is the first requirement - there are many more similar requirements in pipeline, I am looking for a long term Freelancer or Small company which can work with me for long time - that will be decided based on the success of this assignment. Quality of work and fast timelines will be the key criteria for me to decide in addition to the competitive price. Please let me know at the earliest.

I understand it all. Although need a small clarification. For core technologies, is it required to develop the functionality or the UI? hope you don't have a technology preferences. I would recommend to do this using JSF & Spring. Also, assuming that deployment & domain related works are not included here.
