I am assuming that you currently have selected the sensors that you need me to interface with the R-Pi. If you do not, I can suggest some. Since you are specifying R-Pi, I am also assuming you understand its GPIO limitations. If not, then I can also suggest GPIO expansion chips that work well with R-Pi and other microcontrollers. By my "assuming" these things, this is what I expect you to already have engineered for my bid price. If I need to suggest chips, boards, etc and walk you through the design & engineering of the solution, this will increase my bid. Please look at the bid amount I gave as a minimum price, any hw engineering I do increases it.
In order to complete this, I will need to do the following:
1.) Obtain all the hardware you want this built from. You will need to buy this for me.
2.) Breadboard the solution with the R-Pi, sensors, and any extra hw you need.
3.) Do the "brick-laying" of building the software solution from bottom to top, which includes the following sub-steps:
a.) Write drivers or bit-bang interfaces to the desired hardware
b.) Write command-line interface
c.) Write simple web GUI (if required) for this project.
4.) Final delivery includes:
a.) Schematic of hardware solution, including all specs & datasheets. Anyone will be able to build the hw solution from what I provide.
b.) All sourcecode.
c.) I can ship it to anywhere you like, for additional postage/shipping/etc fees.
