Hi I have beein working with Ror since 2009 and my project have most of you need, so I am sure I can help you. The only problem I see is that I would not commit to a fixed price project. It would be better if it would be an hourly price or very small milestone where we could agree on how many hours or the price for that milestone. I would love to talk to you about it. Best regards
