I need some basic functionality in Twilio and Vtiger CRM. I currently have a number with Twilio and a CRM set up with Vtiger. I can recieve calls in Twilio, but they are not posting in Vtiger. I need the SMS to work and log messages in Vtiger. I need to make outbound calls from my cell phone, with my cell number masked with the Twilio number. I would like everything to be built on Twilio using their studio and twiml apps. In Short: Recieve and make calls with Twilio number masking my cell number. Make and recieve sms messages with twilio number masking my cell number. Create new leads and contacts in Vtiger. Log Messages. A couple basic autoresponders.

You should create your own widget over Twilio Studio, so it can be linked to your current existing call (inbound/outbound), and the widget will call to vTiger over REST API as well
