I have 2 files of binary data and need to decode a binary data to normal text. I want to get the words in two languages (dictionary) as the result of solving this task. Both alphabets are non-latin. Please bid only if you already have examples of successful decoding or reverse engineering using any programming language/tool. You can bid also if you have the experience of Android or Java development, because it can help you to undestand how this binary data wad coded and the method of extraction.
